Karen Taylor
With more than thirty years of experience in education, Karen Taylor’s work spans curriculum development, teacher training, strategic planning for schools, accreditation, and research-informed practice.
Over the course of her career, Karen has worked across a range of institutions in higher and secondary education in the United States and Europe, including as Head of Educational Research for The Bridge at Wellington College, Director of Education and of the Institute of Learning and Teaching at the International School of Geneva (Ecolint), Affiliate Lecturer at Oxford Brookes University and Associate Professor in Practice at Durham University’s School of Education.
Karen has a passion for education within linguistically, culturally, and neurodiverse contexts, and her research spans eighteenth-century French pedagogical writings, Global Citizenship Education, Intercultural Learning, Inclusion, and Plurilingual Education.
